There are two introductory courses offered in this level,
Intro Level A and
Intro Level B. The courses are designed for the learners with
zero background in Mandarin (Putonghua). Each course
focuses
on 10 fundamental topics.
This
level
provides
you with more than 700 essential words and phrases, which are introduced in a
conversational context. Important structures
are
practiced and re-enforced in Students Workbooks..
After completion of this level, you will be able to
participate in basic conversations and lay a foundation for continued learning.
There are two courses offered in this level, Basic Level A and
Basic Level B.
The courses are designed for the learners with some experience in Mandarin (Putonghua),
or have received 60 to 80 hours instructions on Mandarin.
Each course focuses on 10 very important topics.
An enlarged vocabulary of 600 words and
phrases are introduced through conversations and stories.
Important words and structures are
practiced and re-enforced through Students Workbooks.
After completion of this level, you will be able to carry more natural and
social conversations. And you’ll enjoy talking to Mandarin speakers and start
picking up phrases from them.
There are two courses offered in this level,
Pre-Intermediate Level A and
Pre-Intermediate Level B. The courses are designed for learners who can carry on
more advanced conversations in Mandarin (Putonghua), or have received 120 to 150
hours of Mandarin instruction. Each course focuses on
10 advanced topics.
These courses will bring you adequate vocabulary and phrases
to make your conversation more comprehensive. There is lots of discussions
involved. You will practice expressing your own opinions and thoughts.
There are two courses offered in this level,
Intermediate Level A and
Intermediate Level B. The courses are designed for speaker who are fluent in
social topics, but with an aim of getting into historical events, world issues.
You will be able to use the language in discussions of abstract topics, and in a
higher degree of fluency.
At this stage, these courses are enriched with full of realistic discussions.
